- Prepare, review, and manage contracts in line with company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors regarding contractual obligations.
- Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored.
- Support negotiations and assist in resolving contract-related issues.
- Maintain and update contract management systems and software.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on contract status.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a contracts administrator, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of standard forms of contract.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
- Arabic speakers must have a good command of English.
