- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and CRM staff to optimize performance and productivity.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the UAE real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, brokers, and investors to expand the company’s network and sales channels.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, to successful deal closure.
- Conduct in-depth market research to track trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and sales activations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and UAE real estate regulations.
- If necessary, represent the company at exhibitions, events, and industry networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate development sector.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market trends and regulations.
- Currently based in the UAE with a valid work visa.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Lead sales in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets
