- Position: Foreman with Construction Background
- - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- - Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- - Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- - Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different project sites as needed.
- - Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- - Plan and coordinate daily work schedules for construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- - Monitor progress and productivity on site, and identify and address any issues that may arise.
- - Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- - Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is being carried out to the required standards.
- - Communicate and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- - Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any issues that arise.
- - Train and mentor junior staff and provide guidance and support to ensure their development and growth within the company.
