  • Coordinate executive travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and documentation required for executive discussions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between senior leadership and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
  • Organize executive meetings, ensuring timely communication and preparation of materials.
  • Track action items and follow up on key decisions to support leadership productivity.
  • Assist with administrative reporting, documentation, and office coordination tasks.
  • Support ad hoc administrative and operational requests from senior management.
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum six years of experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a corporate environment.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
