- Content creation for multiple platforms (facebook, Instagram, linkedin etc), including text text posts, video and images for use on social media and writing according to the medium
- SEO & Ad words knowledge (Search Engine Optimization): How to promote, improve and driving traffic
- SEM (search engine marketing), driving traffic to your website
- Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation's brand and social media strategy
- Monitor Social analytics: It means data analytics and reporting, as well as online research to identify target audiences.
- Devise a social network strategy i.e. create a campaign from scratch to promote a sale or new project.
- Measure and prove ROI, set measurable goals for a new campaign across relevant channels and create a report to track performance
- Schedule social posts - Each platform has an ‘ideal’ time to post content
- Find relevant curated content - Some of the social posts should reflect business related stories that matter to the client while considering to buy property
- Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Create new strategies for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field, and Fluency in English
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC (pay per click) campaigns on all major search engines
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of online marketing, ad serving tools and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
