Materials Administrator will hold the responsibility to Process the Piping Material Specifications followed by 3D system mappings, complete responsibility of BOM and MR - PR process of the entire APAC region.The role is responsible for the complete control of Material Management with Engineering.Responsibilities:Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate with Project Engineering Team and produce Material Specification out of Material Management system (SRD - SMAT)
Dimensions Calculations and manage in SRD system
Manage Weight updates in the systems
Map 3D references for S3D System and generate CATs & Specs files
Map 3D references for PDMS/E3D System and generate required neutral files
Catalogue Building for E&I discipline.
Catalogue Building for Subsea discipline
Process BOM from 3D model / Bulk into Material Management System (SMAT)
Process MR/PR through SMAT
Management of AFC MTO

Qualifications:Essential Qualifications and Education:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Engineering Field
Must have experience in Design Engineering with knowledge in dimensions & all kind of geometric calculations related 3D modelling.
3D Systems (S3D/E3D) knowledge
Knowledge in Spec building process
Should have sound Oil & Gas Material Knowledge
Should be familiar with Piping component weight updates
Excellent Computer knowledge and willingness to learn new software skills
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mech)
Excellent Computer skills.
