- Acquire and nurture client relationships with CEOs, CHROs, and decision-makers.
- Deliver consultative selling of retained executive search and specialized recruitment solutions.
- Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, talent gaps, and competitor activity to inform strategies.
- Prepare proposals, tenders, and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of mandates.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- 3-7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or executive search/recruitment consulting.
- Deep knowledge of Saudi business landscape, key sectors, and Vision 2030 initiatives.
- Established network of decision-makers in KSA preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; Russian or Italian speakers highly valued.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, self-driven approach.
