- Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local laws and regulations
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to ensure a strong talent pipeline
- Support the performance management process by coordinating employee evaluations, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement
- Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR systems are up to date and in compliance with data protection regulations
- Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional certification in HR (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
