- Strong knowledge of all MEP aspects, including HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV, Electrical, and MEP Coordination.
- Should be efficient in AutoCAD in particular to power layout, Drainage layout, Lighting layout, Water Supply, RCP & Load calculations
- Knowledgeable in Nakheel, Trakhees, JGE & Dubai authority approvals
