Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in psychological counselling, with at least 5 years working directly with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
Develop and implement strategic plans to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students of determination.
Lead initiatives that promote inclusivity and accessibility across campus.
Oversee the delivery of services including academic accommodations, personal support, and assistive technology.
Valid certification or license in psychological counselling or therapy.
