- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with event objectives.
- Define target audiences including visitors, exhibitors, and partners.
- Position the exhibition effectively within the market to achieve attendance and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to refine strategies.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, PR, content marketing, and paid advertising).
- Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support exhibitor acquisition campaigns.
- Manage website content, SEO, and landing pages to optimize lead generation.
- Oversee CRM/email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Work with paid media agencies to run PPC, social ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and optimize ROI.
- Develop compelling marketing content including brochures, emails, social posts, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and agencies for campaign assets.
- Build relationships with media partners, associations, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage PR campaigns, press releases, and media outreach to increase visibility.
- Secure promotional partnerships and cross-marketing opportunities.
- Drive visitor registration and exhibitor participation through targeted campaigns.
- Manage promotional calendars and campaign rollouts pre-, during, and post-event.
- Support on-site marketing activities and event execution when required.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Track KPIs such as registrations, leads, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within exhibitions, events, or B2B industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, CRM systems).
- Proven experience in campaign management and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
