Consultant ENT - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai, UAE

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnose a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans based on clinical assessment and diagnostic findings
• Perform ENT surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus surgeries
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to deliver high standards of patient care
• Collaborate with radiologists, pathologists, anesthetists, and other specialists to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment
• Provide patient and family education on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
• Lead, train, and supervise junior medical staff including residents and interns
• Participate in clinical audits, professional development activities, conferences, and workshops
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in line with legal and ethical standards
• Ensure strict adherence to patient safety, infection control, and hospital protocols

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Otolaryngology
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Consultant ENT
• Western education or training in a recognized healthcare system
• Fluency in Arabic preferred, with strong proficiency in English
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
