The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Job SummaryThe Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the full unit sales registration process using the Yardi system, ensuring that all sales documentation is accurate, complete, compliant, and properly recorded. The role supervises administrative staff, coordinates closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams, and ensures timely, error-free registration of unit sales.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Manager include, but are not limited to:Supervise and manage the end-to-end unit sales registration process using the Yardi systemEnsure all sales contracts, reservation forms, payment schedules, and supporting documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirementsReview, verify, and approve data entries in Yardi related to unit sales and customer recordsCoordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies or missing documentationMonitor registration timelines and ensure the timely completion of all unit registrationsMaintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date physical and digital filing systemsGenerate regular reports from Yardi on sales registration status and outstanding issuesTrain, guide, and supervise administrative staff involved in the sales registration processEnsure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulatory standardsHandle escalations related to documentation errors, system issues, or customer complaintsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field3-6 years of experience in real estate administration, sales registration, or property managementStrong working knowledge of Yardi (mandatory)Excellent attention to detail and strong document control skillsProven leadership and team supervision capabilitiesFluent in Arabic and English.Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines simultaneouslyStrong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Chat, Meet)Department Real Estate Locations SharjahContact Talent Acquisition Supervisor - Recruitment DepartmentColleaguesAbout Al Marwan GroupFounded in 1978, Al Marwan is dedicated to serving customers in the construction, machinery, real estate and hospitality industries across the GCC.Founded in 1978 careersite--jobs--form-overlay#showFormOverlay">Apply for this jobReal Estate ยท SharjahAdministrative Manager - Real EstateLoading application form jobs--overlay#closeOverlay">Career site
