Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to support business objectives.Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment delivery.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as a preferred employer in the property industry.Analyse hiring metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.Manage and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local labour laws in Abu Dhabi.Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.ProfileA successful candidate should have:
Proven expertise in talent acquisition within a corporate environment, ideally inhouse and agency sideStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employer branding practices.Experience in managing recruitment teams and stakeholder collaboration.Familiarity with labour laws and compliance requirements in Abu Dhabi.Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Job Offer
