- Accounts Receivable Management:
- Issuing AR invoices and statement of accounts.
- Payment follow-up and customer reminders.
- Accounts Payable (AP) management.
- Administrative and HR Tasks:
- Processing administrative documents (visas, trade license documents, etc.).
- Handling payments across different banks.
- Oversight of intercompany transactions.
- General accounting entries and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Support to other finance tasks:
- Assisting in accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Accounts reconciliations.
- Monitoring bank payments and collections.
- Participating in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience ideally within accounts receivable (AR).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Arabic would be an asset.
