- Anticipate guest needs and ensure prompt, courteous service at all times
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests in a professional manner
- Maintain complete knowledge of resort facilities, room types, rates, promotions, and services
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and transportation arrangements
- Ensure accurate financial transactions following resort policies and procedures
- Manage communication across departments for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a strong working relationship with Concierge, limousine drivers, and third-party partners
- Follow up on guest feedback and ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Attend training sessions, daily briefings, and resort events to enhance knowledge and service quality
- Adhere to safety, health, and security protocols, including CID reporting requirements
- Uphold resort grooming standards and represent the brand with professionalism
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations preferred
- Strong focus on customer service with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Computer literacy in MS Office; familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage
- Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and a team player
