- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
- Track and report sales metrics
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Coordinate with technical and support teams
- Work with marketing to develop promotional activities
- Proven sales experience in UPS, Generators, or CCUs
- Strong UAE market knowledge and industry contacts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple sales projects independently
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
