BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST

• Support end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives across hospitality, asset management, and golf operations.
• Conduct process discovery, documentation, modelling, and optimization.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical, data-driven improvements.
• Use SAP Signavio (or similar BPM tools) to model and analyze processes.
• Define and track process KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support process standardization across multi-asset portfolios.
• Facilitate workshops with operational and business stakeholders.
• Assist with change management and adoption of redesigned processes.
• Act as a liaison between Business, IT, and Transformation teams.

• 3–5 years of experience in BPM/BPR or process improvement roles.
• Exposure to hospitality, golf operations, asset management, or similar operational environments.
• Working knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
• Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools (preferred).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in GCC environments (preferred).

• Experience in hospitality or golf transformation projects.
• Consulting or operator-side experience.
• Exposure to multi-asset or portfolio-level operations.
