Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily and strategic operations of a cleaning services business. This role involves supervising a large field team, ensuring contract delivery, maintaining service quality, and managing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage supervisors, drivers, and cleaners across multiple locationsImplement and monitor cleaning schedules and service contractsHandle client acquisition, retention, and complaint resolutionCoordinate manpower planning, recruitment, and trainingEnsure health and safety standards are met on all job sitesManage inventory, procurement, and logistics of cleaning suppliesMonitor operational costs and suggest efficiency improvementsGenerate performance and compliance reports for managementRequirements:5–7 years of experience in cleaning/facilities management (UAE/GCC preferred)Strong leadership, organizational, and team coordination skillsGood knowledge of cleaning tools, materials, and service protocolsFluent in English (Hindi/Nepali is a plus); strong reporting skillsValid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatoryStrong client-facing and communication abilities
