25,000 AED/Month + CommissionOur client, one of the world’s largest event organisers, is looking for Senior Sales Manager who is specialised in events for consumer goods. This experience is essential for the position.They are a global organisation with 2,500 employees around the world and are specialised in managing world-leading events across a range of industries including Food, Mobility and Logistics, Manufacturing and Technology. This role is to manage sales for Consumer Goods events – specifically the beauty industry – across the Middle East.Responsibilities:
- Developing, delivering and evaluating sales plans within the event campaign to optimize retention of existing clients and to attract new business.
- Develop effective sales collateral.
- Monitor and report on sales progress.
- Develop and maintain prospect lists and develop an innovative approach for e-selling, phone selling, client visits and consultations with the show director.
- Plan visits to both international and local competitors to meet with potential and existing clients. Identifying market trends to gain ideas for new content and activations.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- 5 years in events sales with experience in events specializing in consumer goods.
- Stong experience in writing, developing and presenting sales proposals.
- Experienced in negotiation and contract development.
- Confident in new business selling – e-selling, phone selling and account management.
- Ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Critical thinking and financial literacy
- Pipeline management.
