- Own & Drive Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a global exhibition and sponsorship sales strategy, taking full accountability for revenue targets, forecasting, and overall commercial performance.
- Lead & Scale Sales Teams: Manage, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team - setting targets, refining commission structures, and driving consistent performance across the full campaign lifecycle.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and manage key accounts, agents, government entities, and industry stakeholders using a consultative approach to maximize long-term value and revenue growth.
- Optimise Pipeline & Revenue Channels: Oversee the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close, leveraging CRM, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration to improve conversion, retention, and identify new revenue streams.
- Identify Growth & Market Opportunities: Continuously analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sector opportunities to expand into new industries, enhance event positioning, and maximise commercial yield across exhibition and sponsorship offerings.
