- Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, schedule, and resource requirements.- Monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.- Collaborate with quantity surveyor to ensure accurate costing and reporting.- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.- Lead a team of designers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring collaboration and efficient workflow.- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is processing according to plan, design specifications, and quality standards.- Ensure that all work complies with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.- Resolve issues related to project scope, resources, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during constructions.Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.-Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, specifically in interior fit outs.- Proven experience as s Project Manager in fit out projects.- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.Job Type: Full-time
