This role is responsible for strengthening organizational resilience by embedding enterprise risk management practices across business units. It supports leadership in identifying critical risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place, and maintaining compliance with global risk standards.Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the enterprise risk management framework across the organization
- Lead risk identification and assessment activities including workshops and risk register management
- Aggregate and analyze risks across functions and regions, escalating critical issues to senior leadership
- Develop and monitor risk mitigation plans ensuring timely execution and follow-up
- Conduct enterprise-level risk analysis using structured methodologies such as bow-tie analysis
- Track key risk indicators and provide regular reporting to senior management and risk committees
- Integrate risk management into business processes and recommend automation or improvements
- Engage with stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams to strengthen risk awareness
- Master's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Audit, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, audit, or finance roles
- Strong understanding of ERM frameworks such as COSO and ISO 31000
- Professional certifications such as CRMP, CERA, or IRM are preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
