You are a strategic and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of overseas employment frameworks. You bring a Group-level mindset, high risk awareness, and the confidence to advise on complex and sensitive employee relations matters across multiple regions and cultures.Skills & Competencies:
- Overseas employee relations management
- Ability to support regional HR teams and handle complex cases
- Strong understanding of Policy design, governance frameworks and process improvement
- Clear communication and cross-cultural coordination
- HRIS participation and system-driven ER management
- Strong judgment, integrity, and confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related courses and higher education is advantageous
- English proficiency required (working and professional level). Chinese (Mandarin) speaker is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations or related HR functions; Overseas ER or international employment management
- experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of overseas labor law and compliance is a strong advantage
In this role, you will support the Group's international employment framework by centrally overseeing overseas employee relations management.
You will define ER principles, policies, and systems at a Group level while empowering regional HR teams and providing expert support in complex or high-risk situations to ensure organizational stability, compliance, and risk control across overseas operations.Role & Responsibilities:
- Group-Level Overseas Employee Relations Principles & Policy Framework
- Formulate and oversee core overseas employee relations principles, management boundaries, and policy requirements aligned with local labor laws and cultural contexts.
- Define unified standards, critical processes, and ER risk thresholds to guide regional HR teams and business leaders.
- Continuously assess common overseas ER issues and drive policy optimization and improvement
- Ensure overseas ER management contributes to governance standardization, risk prevention, and organizational stability at Group level.
- Regional ER Enablement & Professional Support
- Provide ER enablement to overseas HR teams through policy interpretation, case review support, and operational guidance.
- Act as a professional advisor on daily and complex employee relations matters, strengthening regional HR problem-solving capabilities.
- Establish and operate a Group-level ER support mechanism for sensitive, complex, or high-risk cases.
- Capture best practices and typical ER cases to build a centralized knowledge base and reference tools.
- Overseas ER Management System & HRIS Development
- Participate in the design and development of overseas HR frameworks and HRIS, focusing on ER-related workflows and governance rules.
- Promote system-driven ER management to improve standardization, transparency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to enhance efficiency and professionalism across overseas HR operations.
