- Collaborate with nephrologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Participate in transplant committee discussions and decision-making processes
- Monitor transplant patients and manage long-term follow-up care
- Stay updated with advancements in transplant surgery techniques and protocols
- Provide guidance and training to junior medical staff and healthcare teams
- Build strong relationships with patients and families to support treatment journeys
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
- Medical degree with specialization in Transplant Surgery or General Surgery
- Board certification in Transplant Surgery or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in kidney transplant surgery
- Strong knowledge of organ allocation policies and transplant protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
