- Support production workflow to meet daily output targets
- Inspect products for quality and remove any non-compliant items
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment at all times
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures during all operations
- Willingness to work in meat production and butchery environments
- Ability to work in cold conditions for extended periods
- Flexible to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English communication skills for coordination and instructions
- Physically fit for handling manual work and standing for long hours
