  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with learning difficulties or special educational needs
  • Assist students in understanding lessons and completing classroom activities effectively
  • Support the implementation of individualized education plans and learning strategies
  • Work with teachers to adapt lesson materials and classroom resources
  • Assist in managing classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
  • Supervise students during school activities, breaks, and field trips when required
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and observations
  • Communicate with teachers and support staff regarding student development and needs
  • Support preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma with preference for certification in special education or teaching assistance
  • Previous experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs
