Procurement Specialist (Part-Time 28-32h per week) (m/w/d)

• Procurement of Goods and Services (issuing Purchase Orders, ensure business continuity, support tender process, Porsche Sourcing Committee)
• Manage supplier relations (sourcing, referencing, NDAs, risk assessment) and maintain Procurement database
• Conduct training on Procurement guidelines and provide support to functional department
• Support the Procurement Manager in creating savings reports and project planning

• Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field of eductaion/training
• > 2-3 years relevant work experience within a Procurement or Finance function. International experience is an advantage.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 and SAP MM
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proven track record in effective relationship building/management particularly at senior/stakeholder level
• High level of proficiency English
