  • Drive internal business transformation initiatives in partnership with PCG, enablement, and control stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional transformation implementation teams to deliver initiatives on time and to defined outcomes
  • Apply strong governance, organization, and reporting practices to ensure transparency of workstreams and performance
  • Take ownership of workstream risks, issues, and dependencies and drive timely resolution
  • Deploy analytical and problem-solving skills to develop solutions that deliver targeted business impact
  • Drive structured communication for transformation initiatives and stakeholder alignment
  • Spearhead change management activities to embed new ways of working across the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to influence strategic direction
  • Lead simplification of end-to-end customer experience journeys through digital assets and process redesign
  • Facilitate workshops to define requirements, evaluate options, and agree executable solutions
  • Ensure customer-centric thinking is embedded in solution design and delivery
  • Support continuous improvement across products, processes, systems, and operating models
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably corporate or investment banking
  • Proven experience in strategy, business management, operations, or technology-driven transformation
  • Strong project and program management capability delivering large-scale change initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, execution, and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholder engagement experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to lead independently and drive outcomes through influence
  • Strong business acumen with customer-focused approach to solution design
