- Assist Relationship Managers in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client needs, industry trends, and market dynamics to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and reports to clients, highlighting the benefits of MashreqBank's Islamic banking solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored financial solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with Islamic banking principles.
- Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and maintaining high standards of service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, legal and compliance teams, to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in Islamic banking to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Support the Relationship Managers in identifying and mitigating risks associated with client relationships, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and business development strategies to attract new clients and expand the bank's Islamic banking portfolio.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry, with a focus on Islamic banking practices.
- Excellent knowledge of Islamic banking principles, products, and services, including Shariah-compliant financing and investment solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant banking software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
- A proactive and client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of the Islamic banking industry.
