Job Description:Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Senior Sales Coordinator for our esteemed client in the luxury building materials sector, headquartered in Dubai. This role is ideal for a sales operations expert with leadership qualities who can manage a high-performing coordination team, streamline internal workflows, and ensure a seamless client experience in the premium sanitary ware, tiles, or interior design space.We’re looking for a proactive individual with a sharp eye for detail, a solid understanding of design/construction materials, and the ability to handle complex client and project requirements with confidence.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main liaison for key accounts, ensuring premium service and timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.- Lead the preparation and review of project quotations, technical documents, and order processing with precision.- Supervise and support a team of sales coordinators—delegating tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring day-to-day operations.- Onboard and train new team members on product lines, CRM tools, and internal coordination protocols.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster growth within the team.- Optimize coordination workflows and implement best practices to boost operational efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.- Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales activity summaries for management insight and planning.Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in a sales coordination leadership role within the luxury building materials, sanitary ware, or tiles industry.- Strong command over CRM and ERP platforms along with proficiency in MS Office tools.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.- Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.- High level of attention to detail and quality-driven mindset.- Background in architectural products or interior design materials is a strong advantage.- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.- Confident managing high-value clients and large-scale project documentation.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
