- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Master Production Schedule covering ready mix, steel, aluminum, and modular fabrication lines
- Balance high-volume production requirements with precision fabrication timelines
- Plan and optimize manpower, machinery, and production capacity to reduce downtime
- Lead Material Requirements Planning to ensure timely procurement of marble, aluminum extrusions, steel sections, and other specialized materials
- Maintain lean inventory levels while safeguarding production continuity
- Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, logistics, and site teams to align output with construction schedules
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Monitor schedule attainment, on-time delivery, and production variance metrics
- Prepare KPI reports and present operational insights to senior leadership
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong experience in production planning within construction materials or industrial manufacturing sectors
- Proven knowledge of MPS and MRP systems
- Experience managing cross-functional coordination in complex operations
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven decision-making capability
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
