Job title: Senior Analyst Tech DevCity, Country: Dubai, UAEStep into a pivotal leadership role at the intersection of perfumery, technology and innovation. From Dubai you will shape and elevate fragrance operations across the AMET region, driving excellence from lab to client while leading cutting-edge innovation projects that directly influence business growth and market success.Your key responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end fragrance compounding and application operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Manage laboratory teams and allocate workload to optimize efficiency, capacity and performance
  • Drive operational excellence through KPIs such as automation, productivity and punctuality
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and global SOP standards
  • Lead and support innovation projects, from lab testing to deployment across regions and clients
  • Act as main technical interface with internal stakeholders and clients, driving solutions and business impact

You bring:
  • Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in perfumery or pchecmial production , with laboratory and project leadership exposure
  • Strong technical expertise in fragrance development and application
  • Proven ability to manage teams and solve complex technical challenges
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across functions and regions
  • A proactive mindset with focus on innovation, continuous improvement and customer impact
