- Assist pharmacists in preparing, packaging, and labeling medications under supervision
- Receive and process prescriptions ensuring accuracy and compliance before dispensing
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor stock for expiry or shortages
- Prepare medications and support compounding processes as directed
- Process insurance claims and maintain accurate pharmacy records
- Provide basic guidance to patients while referring clinical queries to pharmacists
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and internal pharmacy procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the pharmacy
- Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
- Participate in training and continuous professional development
- UAE National candidate
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Technician program
- DHA license or eligibility as Pharmacy Technician
- Basic knowledge of medications and pharmaceutical terminology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
