- Driving commercial growth – shaping and executing sales and partnership strategies to unlock new revenue streams and strengthen market presence.
- Supporting Oil & Gas transformation – advising clients on diversification, efficiency, and digital adoption to improve operational performance and competitiveness.
- Building strategic partnerships – identifying, structuring, and managing alliances that create long-term value for clients in the energy and adjacent sectors.
- Enhancing customer-centricity – developing models to strengthen client engagement, account management, and customer experience.
- Accelerating innovation and adaptability – introducing new ways of working, tools, and commercial models to drive agility in rapidly changing markets.
- Leading the delivery of client engagements across the Middle East, with a strong emphasis on the Oil & Gas sector and sales/partnership growth initiatives.
- Driving business development activities: identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships and expanding Sia Partners’ presence in the energy and O&G ecosystem.
- Developing and executing growth strategies, including account expansion and cross-sector partnerships.
- Contributing to thought leadership by creating sector-relevant insights, publications, and tools.
- Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, while contributing to the development of the practice.
- Collaborating across practices within Sia Partners to bring integrated solutions to clients.
- 10+ years of management consulting or strategy experience, with significant exposure to Oil & Gas, Sales, or Partnerships.
- Proven track record in business development, partnership management, and revenue growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of commercial models, O&G value chain, and energy transition trends.
- Experience in strategy development, transformation, or commercial excellence projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Master’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field).
- Strong project management and team leadership capabilities.
- Business proficiency in both Arabic and English is a must.
- Willingness to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, depending on project requirements.
