Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.The project:An exciting opportunity to be a part of our Project Management Consultancy team to deliver a Commercial project with infrastructure and landscape packages.Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.You’ll be responsible for:
  • Lead planning and scheduling, applying advanced methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Demonstrate expertise in project controls, earned value management, and performance analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to influence outcomes.
  • Provide clear analysis and corrective measures on complex requirements.
  • Manage and develop teams, driving performance, capability, and professional growth.
  • Champion sustainability and net zero carbon transition through proactive risk and opportunity management.
You’ll need to have:
  • Degree in construction or engineering discipline; relevant qualifications preferred.
  • Significant experience applying planning techniques across multi-disciplinary sectors.
  • Strong expertise in schedule management tools, software, and industry best practice.
  • Excellent written communication, problem-solving, and commitment to service excellence.
