Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with DAA’s curriculum and educational standards.
  • Develop creative and effective teaching strategies that foster critical thinking, collaboration, and a love of learning.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners in an international context.
  • Build strong, supportive partnerships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture rooted in respect, kindness, and global citizenship.
  • Engage in continuous reflection and collaboration to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
SkillsSuccessful candidates will need:
  • Bachelor of Education (Elementary/Primary/Music) or equivalent, with a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE) or License.
  • Proven experience teaching Elementary students, preferably in an American or IB curriculum school.
  • Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and developmentally responsive education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional growth and a collaborative, innovative mindset.
