Lead project delivery across multiple developments in Dubai.Manage design, engineering, procurement, and construction teamsOversee contract administration, commercial strategy, and budget control (FIDIC preferred)Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budgetPMP certification required with proven leadership of complex real estate projectsWork closely with the CEO and Board, leading project strategy, contractor management and commercial oversight.Requirements
  • PMP certification required
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex, large-scale real estate projects
  • Strong expertise in contract administration, commercial strategy, and budget control
  • In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction project lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working directly with senior executives and Board-level stakeholders
