You must be proactive and independent in executing client service delivery. The principal responsibility for the position is the coordination and management of all administration functions relating to a specific group of clients.If you were already in this role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

Managing production of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities
Ensuring reporting deliverables are produced and reviewed to a high standard and delivered on time
Reviewing annual financial statements
Overseeing clientsâ audit process
Calculation and processing of fund capital calls and distributions

To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

Knowledge of Private Equity fund structures and the fund administration industry
Understanding of regulatory requirements of private equity funds
Knowledge of e-Front / Yardi Voyager
Professional degree in accounting or finance
Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
