Responsibilities:Procurement OperationsLead and supervise the procurement team to execute end-to-end sourcing activities for FM services, consumables, and subcontractors.Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to meet operational and project requirements.Review and approve purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor contracts.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations/warehouse teams for replenishment.Vendor & Contract ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors.Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to achieve best value.Oversee vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and quality standards.Maintain and update supplier database and vendor contracts.Commercial & ComplianceEnsure procurement activities align with budget, cost-control measures, and organizational policies.Prepare and analyze procurement reports, spend analysis, and cost savings.Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and local regulations.Manage audits and provide documentation as required.Leadership & CoordinationTrain, guide, and evaluate procurement staff performance.Work closely with operations, finance, and facility management teams to align procurement with business needs.Support strategic sourcing initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.5–7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in facility management or related industries.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and vendor management.Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.Strong organizational and analytical skills.
