- Take overall responsibility for leading the Employee Benefits department, setting and achieving business targets, guiding the team, and ensuring procedural adherence.
- Ensure compliance with renewal procedures, timely submission of quotes, and employ negotiation strategies for high renewal retention.
- Respond promptly to new business inquiries, provide tailored quotations, and implement strategies for high conversion rates.
- Maintain excellent customer service for key accounts, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
- Respond to mails within stipulated time frames, settle reimbursement claims promptly, and arrange necessary coverage for endorsements.
- Develop strong relationships with insurers and existing clients through regular visits.
- Assist marketing staff in client meetings and help achieve target premiums.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, providing clients with proper advice.
- Ensure accuracy in policy document management and timely release.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Support accounts team in premium collection.
- Maintain operational excellence in systems, efficiency, and professionalism.Requirements- Insurance qualifications such as FIII or ACII are mandatory.- Minimum 8 years of experience in medical insurance.- Strong technical knowledge in medical operations.- Experience in team handling.- Exceptional in multitasking, assertive communication, and strategic thinking.- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to deliver tangible results.- A track record of success in meeting renewal targets, establishing deep customer relationships, and leading a team to excellence.Benefits- Competitive salary and benefits package
