Rail Systems Integration and Interface Manager - Parsons Corporation - Dubai, UAE

• Develop and implement the overall Interface and Systems Integration Management Strategy for the rail programme.
• Lead coordination across signaling, telecoms, traction power, SCADA, rolling stock, trackwork, and station systems.
• Establish and manage interface registers, interface control documents, and structured issue resolution processes.
• Coordinate technical and operational interfaces between contractors, system suppliers, and designers.
• Review and approve systems integration plans, interface documentation, and assurance deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with international rail standards, safety regulations, and performance specifications.
• Oversee integration activities related to testing, commissioning, dynamic trials, and system validation.

• Proven experience leading interface management on major metro or transit projects.
• Strong expertise in ICD development, configuration management, and systems assurance processes.
