Responsibilities:Ensure productivity, quality of products/services are delivered to the guest.To continuously innovate/create new ideas to remain competitive in the market.To focus on guest needs and deal with them promptly and efficiently. Ability to attend and proactively engage during guest meetings / site visitsAbility to plan and process the operational requirements including the administrative tasks such as Daily Operations, Sales Strategy, Ordering, Stock Management, On the Job Training and Development, Planning, Hygiene, and Innovation/Development)Provides support to OSC as Event In Charge during weekend/busy day operations which includes planning, mobilization, and execution of events, including close coordination and collaboration with other DepartmentsDirect interaction with guests, problem solving, managing guest expectations, ensuring Client standards and providing support/feedback pre, during and post event to Management Teams.Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage products and Promotions.Ensure grooming and hygiene standards are implemented and fully adhered to.Willingness and ability to Sell or influence others through suggestive selling.Assess customers’ needs and preferences and provide recommendations/suggestionsAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues and deliver togetherWork in close cooperation with the Production, Stewarding, Fleet and othersTo protect all Client assets during event within or outside ClientTo ensure safe handling of all operating equipment during operationsTo ensure opening and closing inventory are carried out as per set proceduresTo support physically in logistic movement of the event requirementTo ensure all operating equipment required are readily available in all areas of F & B OperationsTo attend regular trainings conducted or scheduled by Management or HRTo continuously seek opportunities to develop self and improve knowledgeThe ability to conduct regular team briefingsRequired SkillsHigh school Diploma or a graduate in any relevant courses ORA minimum of 3- or 4-years’ experience in Food and Beverage Operations and 1 year in similar roleBasic Hygiene Certificate/HACCP AwarenessSpecial Qualification : Able to read, write and speak in English OR Arabic Speaking is an added advantageA minimum of 3- or 4-years’ experience in Food and Beverage Operations and 1 year in similar roleKnowledge of Micros or similar POS and Cashiering is a mustThe ideal candidate should have an outgoing and friendly attitude for customer care.Effective Communication and Interpersonal SkillsUnderstanding Banqueting or Outlet Food and Beverage OperationsSupervisory and Technical KnowledgeComplaint Handling SkillsKnowledge of Emirati Cuisine is an advantageCertificate in Basic Food Hygiene/HACCPCertificate in Customer Service/Care (preferred)
