- Deliver review and develop recommendations and business case solutions for Executive Leadership team endorsement. Support the situational analysis of the current state of the Company Fire & Rescue Services, including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Identify the gaps and the areas for improvement in the Company Fire & Rescue Services, including its structure, governance, operations, performance, capabilities, resources, and future challenges.
- Develop and maintain the cost distribution mechanism and recharge structure for all stakeholders for any unification proposal(s).
- Develop a roadmap and the action plan for the implementation of the strategy, including the timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
- Support the enhancement of the emergency preparedness arrangement across the Company including the coordination, communication, and collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to the review manager and the Senior Specialist management.
- Lead the change management process and the stakeholder engagement for the successful execution of the project.
