Roles and Responsibilities
  • Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
  • Business Development, Sales with Govt Clients in Dubai and Northern Emirates.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales and create a network of partners to accelerate business growth. Establish productive and professional relationship with key personnel/decision maker for repetitive business.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure brand consistency. Increase the social media presence for the company through active marketing presence online
  • Maintain a pipeline and ensure all Business Development requirements are updated on BD Portals. Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed plans for making a closure on all open issues
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. Take a solution and consultative sell approach to ensure clients’ need are accurately met
Ensure smooth and successful transition of new clients to the chief delivery/ account management teams. Establish an efficient communication channel with internal teams for providing every minute details that can impact client service or experience. Offer assistance in resolving any issue and problem faced by the customers and maintain trust. * Examine and determine root cause for customer success or failure and suggest improvements. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast.
  • Liaise with Finance on billing set up and invoicing. Verify the invoicing particulars and synchronize with the clients for timely disbursements.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedure. Complies with all local legislative requirements. Act in an ethical way when dealing with company assets and other people.
  • Set SMART Objectives for the team members, in alignment with the organization’s goals. Regularly monitor employees’ productivity and sustain the momentum over a long period by motivating the team
