This role is open to UAE Nationals only and requires strong administrative skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to manage tenant interactions with professionalism and efficiency.⸻Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of tenant documents and contracts
- Respond to leasing inquiries and provide support to prospective and current tenants
- Prepare reports, manage lease files, and handle correspondence
- Assist with property handovers, inspections, and document tracking
- Coordinate with facilities, finance, and legal teams as needed
- Open to UAE Nationals only
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or leasing is a plus
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
