Senior Manager Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Finance - Majid Al Futtaim - Dubai UAE

• Support the mergers and acquisitions team in executing transactions including research, benchmarking, financial analysis, and preparation of internal presentations and executive reports.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support investment decision making including historical performance analysis, financial forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Perform research related to strategic initiatives, market opportunities, and transaction underwriting.
• Co-lead key aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions while coordinating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Manage the due diligence process involving finance, commercial teams, operations, human resources, technology, and legal departments.
• Lead financial valuation analysis including working capital assessments and transaction structuring with support from advisors and internal teams.
• Support portfolio management activities including monitoring performance of investments and tracking post-investment value creation initiatives.
• Prepare detailed deal analysis reports and investment memos for senior leadership and executive committees.
• Ensure effective coordination with advisors, financial institutions, and stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Five to eight years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance roles.
• Experience working with investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, or large multinational corporations.
• Demonstrated experience executing mergers and acquisitions transactions and equity capital market deals.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing due diligence processes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the MENA investment landscape and regional market dynamics.
• CFA certification is an advantage.
