Location: DubaiExperience: 15+ yearsKey Responsibilities:
  • Drive topline sales and revenue growth from new business acquisition and revenue expansion within existing clients across the Middle East region.
  • Identify, create, and win profitable and strategic business opportunities, including penetration into new clients and markets.
  • Lead, motivate, and upskill the sales and client partner organization to enhance their solution-selling capabilities, while also focusing on cross-selling and up-selling to maximize business outcomes.
  • Prioritize investments and align organizational resources to focus on growth initiatives, both organic and inorganic.
  • Maintain regular engagement with top customers to understand their needs, market dynamics, and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance organizational visibility and improve brand reputation across the region.
  • Define and implement long-term strategic objectives that support business growth, diversify revenue streams, and maintain a robust revenue generation pipeline.
Experience Required:
  • 15+ years of proven experience in IT Services Sales.
  • Extensive experience engaging with CXOs and key decision-makers at leading clients within the Travel, Tourism, and Hi-Tech sectors in the Middle East region.
  • Strong P&L focus, with a demonstrated ability to structure, negotiate, and close deals of varying sizes with a wide array of industry players.
  • Proven track record of driving top-line revenue growth. Experienced in building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities in New Age Technologies such as Digital, AI/Automation, Analytics, and Cloud across diverse industries.
Education:
  • Relevant academic degree in a related field.
