To ensure the safe, organized, and secure movement of employees and transportation resources in support of ongoing security operations in the UAE, providing point-to-point coordination and on-ground guidance.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of up to 3,000 employees, ensuring security compliance and timely arrival at designated locations.
- Manage employee grouping, bus onboarding, and border checkpoints, providing clear instructions and guidance to maintain order.
- Direct employees to hotels, airports, and other designated areas while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Oversee the operation and safety of 50+ buses, monitoring schedules, routes, and responding promptly to any security or logistical issues.
- Act as the primary liaison for bus drivers, site staff, and employee groups, resolving operational and security challenges in real-time.
- Ensure all activities adhere to UAE security regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and crowd management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle large groups safely under high-pressure situations.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Prior experience in security operations, marshalling, or logistics coordination is preferred.
