Join us.Job DescriptionPerform a range of technical design and coordination tasks in support of architectural and engineering project delivery across multidisciplinary projects. This role contributes to the development, coordination, and review of design outputs while working closely with senior architects, engineers, and drafting teams.As part of AECOM's commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.Job Summary:

Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Qualifications

UAE National with a Family Book (Mandatory in line with Emiratisation and UAE labor requirements).
Bachelor degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in architectural or engineering design within consulting, construction, or related industries.
Solid understanding of architectural/engineering principles, including the ability to perform technical calculations and support design development.
Experience preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, reports, and technical data tables.
Proficiency with design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools.
Strong ability to collaborate with design, drafting, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project standards.
Ability to independently manage assigned technical tasks and contribute to project schedules and budgets.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience interacting across departments or disciplines.
